In my original concept when I first had the idea for Slumber, I knew I wanted the beginning to have a cinematic to open up the game and set the scene for the story I was trying to tell. So to plan this short cutscene, I made a storyboard with some very basic drawings to put my idea into a visual plan.





From this storyboard, I also created a long background for the title screen and first frame so I could pan downwards along it as I imagined
